General Information

​These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship between:

DOJOLEAF, sole proprietorship, established at 2 rue Félix de Blochausen, L-1243 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number A45658, with EU VAT number XX, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”,

and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website https://dojoleaf.com (hereinafter “the Customer”).

These GTCS are drafted in accordance with Luxembourg law, and in particular the amended law of 2 August 2002 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the law of 14 August 2000 on electronic commerce.

 

Products

The products offered are those listed on the website https://dojoleaf.com, subject to availability. The Seller reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented with a precise description.

 

Prices

Prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), in accordance with the tax legislation applicable on the day of the order, and exclusive of delivery charges. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order’s confirmation by the Customer, as displayed on the site.

For any order destined outside the European Union, VAT will automatically be deducted upon entry of the delivery address in the relevant form. It is the Customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties, local taxes, or other import charges in the country of delivery. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Seller shall not be held responsible for checking or informing the Customer of applicable customs or tax obligations in the destination country.

Under no circumstances shall the Seller bear additional charges resulting from the application of foreign tax or customs legislation, other than those expressly stated and invoiced at the time of the order.

 

Orders

Any order constitutes the express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the order by sending an automatic email. The contract is deemed concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

When placing an order, the availability of the requested products is indicated. However, despite careful monitoring, some items may be temporarily unavailable (out of stock, reprint, etc.) after the order is validated. In such cases, the Customer will be notified by email and invited to modify or cancel the order.

If products ordered become permanently unavailable (sold out, discontinued, etc.), the order for the affected items will be automatically cancelled. The Customer will be informed by email and refunded for any amounts paid for the unavailable products.

By confirming the order, the Customer declares acceptance, without reservation, of the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on the website. The Customer acknowledges having read them and waives reliance on any contradictory document, including their own general terms of purchase. The order confirmation and all recorded data shall serve as proof of transactions between the Customer and the Seller.

 

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer may pay by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the website.

 

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. The Seller shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure or attributable to the carrier.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

 

Cancellation, Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

In accordance with Luxembourg law, the Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal without providing reasons. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. Return costs are borne by the Customer.

 

Warranty and Conformity

All products supplied by the Seller benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity provided under Articles L.212-3 et seq. of the Luxembourg Consumer Code.

In the event of a defective product, please contact us at contact@dojoleaf.com for an exchange or refund.

The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged for improper use of the product or in the event of force majeure.

 

Personal Data

Information collected by the Seller during any Customer order is necessary for managing the order and may be communicated to the Seller’s contractual partners involved in fulfilling the order. In accordance with the law of 1 August 2018 on data protection, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and oppose the processing of their personal data.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the website https://dojoleaf.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use any element of the site, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever.

Dispute Resolution

These GTCS are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Modifications to the GTCS

The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The new GTCS will apply to any order placed after their publication online.
